Booking policies

Deposits
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
Guests
No extra guests allowed.
Late fees
10–15 mins late: £5 fee. 20+ mins late: appointment cancelled.
Out of hours
Out of hour appointments are an extra £10.
Cancellations / No-shows
24hrs notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24hrs notice or a no-show will be charged full payment.
